OUR VISION

Is to continue to develop a learning space that inspires children, whanau and teachers, aesthetically, intellectually and through reinforcing connections with nature, our bi-cultural heritage and the best of contemporary technologies and design.To provide an environment which nurtures and fosters qualities of empathy, integrity, respect and tolerance of people places and things, where children learn about sustainable living practices and to take action in the support of these practices, while developing a strong sense of identity, and peaceful, spiritual connections with the natural world.   Peace is not simply the absence of violence, it is the cultivation of understanding, insight and compassion combined with action (Hanh, 1991).
